Qualification acquisition procedures for a special permanent resident

Within 60 days of birth

Certificate of Acceptance of Birth Notification

(Ask for the certificate at the municipal office where you submitted the Birth Notification. Personal identification documents, such as a Special Permanent Resident Certificate, are required.)
