H.E. Mr. Sam Kahamba Kutesa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda, visited Hiroshima and met with Mayor Akiba on June 5, 2009.
On June 6, Minister Kutesa visited the Peace Memorial Museum and offered a flower wreath at the Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims. The minister also listened to an A-bomb survivor's testimony.
H.E. Mr. Hoshyar Mahmoud Zebari, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, visited the Peace Memorial Museum and offered a flower wreath at the Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims on June 20, 2009.
Minister Zebari also listened to an A-bomb survivor's testimony.
H.E. Mr Sven Alkalaj, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, visited Hiroshima and met with Mayor Akiba on October 20, 2009.
After the meeting, Minister Alkalaj visited the Peace Memorial Museum and offered a flower wreath at the Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims.
H.E. Dr. Hector Ricardo Lacognata Zaragoza, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Paraguay, visited the Peace Memorial Museum and offered a flower wreath at the Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims on January 20, 2010.
Minister Lacognata also visited the Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims later that day.
H.E. Mr. Ali Ahmed Jama, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Somalia, visited the Peace Memorial Museum and the Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims on February 12, 2010.
