Municipal Tax Demand Notices

In accordance with the Local Tax Act, the City of Hiroshima sends demand notices to those who have not paid their taxes in full by the payment deadline. This includes those who were unable to pay their taxes by the deadline, consulted with the City, and agreed to pay arrears in monthly installments. Therefore, even if you are paying arrears in monthly installments, as an amount remains unpaid after the payment deadline, we are required to send demand notices; your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.
