Mr. Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloev, Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli (upper house of Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan, offered a flower wreath at the Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims, escorted by Deputy Mayor Koike, on October 24, 2019. Chairman Ubaidulloev also visited the Peace Memorial Museum and the Atomic Bomb Dome later that day.
