About the Integrated Cultural Arts Event
In FY2022, the City of Hiroshima will hold an integrated cultural arts event focused on music and media arts with the aim of creating cultural arts activities that symbolize Hiroshima as the International Peace Culture City, and that will contribute to forming an awareness of peace and encourage Hiroshima citizens, as well as domestic and overseas visitors, to take action through experiencing high-quality music and art, empathy, and deep understanding for each other.
In preparation for the event, the City created the Basic Plan for the Integrated Cultural Arts Event in March 2021. The plan defines the project overview and was compiled by the Review Committe, consisting of administrations, cultural organizations, educational institutions, and the business community.
