About the Hiroshima Port Ujina Passenger Terminal

As Hiroshima’s main sea port, the Hiroshima Port Ujina Passenger Terminal serves as a hub for travelers and for those commuting to work or school. As the principle facility of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism-approved project Minato Oasis Hiroshima (Japanese), it also serves as a center for continued community development initiatives with the help of local residents.

From JR Hiroshima Station

It takes about 30-50 minutes by streetcar or local bus (for more detailed information, please see the respective websites for public transportation).

• Hiroden Streetcar（External link）

• Take the number 5 (比治山下経由//Hijiyama-shita Keiyu; get off at Hiroshima Port (広島港//Hiroshima-kō).

• Hiroshima Bus（External link）

• Take the Ujina Line (宇品線//Ujina Sen) no. 21-1 or 21-2; get off at Hiroshima Port (広島港//Hiroshima-kō).
• Take the Hiroshima Port New Line (bound for Hiroshima Pier) (広島みなと新線(広島港桟橋行) //Hiroshima Minato Shin Sen (Hiroshima-kō Sanbashi-yuki); get off at Hiroshima Pier (広島港桟橋//Hiroshima-kō Sanbashi).

• Chugoku JR Bus（External link）

• Take the Hiroshima Meipurūpu (Maple Loop) Bus Blue Route (Hiroshima Port Access Bus); get off at Hiroshima Port (East Terminal) (広島港 //Hiroshima-kō).
