Contributing to the City of Hiroshima
Your contribution helps make Hiroshima into a city
one can speak of proudly to the world
The image of the ideal city that I feel Hiroshima must strive for is one which the citizens can speak of proudly to the world. This means a bustling city whose citizens lead their lives actively, and a city that people from all around the world feel they would like to visit once in their lives, which will leave on them a powerful impression that they cannot get anywhere else. Through the experience of the atomic bombing, Hiroshima has become the embodiment of the preciousness of peace, and continually strives to further its development as a city where anyone can feel the joy of living both physically and mentally.
We would highly appreciate your contribution towards helping us realize our aim of a city that can be spoken of proudly to the world.
