The addition of Hiroshima-specialty product Amabito no Moshio, salt made from the waters of the Seto Inland Sea, brings out the deep umami and rich flavors of the milk. With a long shelf life and high nutritional value, our additive-free jam is popular with all ages, from kids to their grandparents. We simmer our milk for over four hours to give it a distinctive caramel flavor. Dense and rich with a refined, tempered sweetness, our jam brings local Hiroshima flavor to you.
