We use broth from local Hiroshima oysters sourced by the Hiroshima Fishery Cooperative and stock from various other natural ingredients to flavor the seaweed. For salt, we use Amabito no Moshio (fisherman’s salt) from the Setouchi area. Sweet and crunchy, this seaweed provides a satisfying rich taste as it melts in your mouth.
