The eels are marinated in Izuno's original sauce and grilled in the kabayaki style before being minced and mixed with fresh pureed white fish. We then grill the finished product to a golden brown for a chikuwa full of natural flavors and the fragrant aroma of conger eel. With an enjoyable, crispy texture, this chikuwa is a local specialty that makes the most of Hiroshima's famous conger eels.
