Our shigure-ni simmered oysters are made from the rich flavored oysters found in the sea north of Hiroshima Bay, packed with nutrition from the Ōtagawa River that flows through Hiroshima City. We select high-quality, uniformly-sized oysters and add soy sauce, ginger, and other flavorings to create a rich flavor base before carefully simmering the oysters.
