Our momiji manjū cake is shaped like a maple leaf, the Hiroshima prefectural flower and tree. We’ve taken our signature sweet red bean paste made with carefully selected red beans from Tokachi in Hokkaido, and spring water from Hiurayama, and baked it inside a light and fluffy but still moist and tender sponge cake. Enjoy the simple charms of our perfectly sweetened momiji manjū.
