Our momiji manjū are shaped like the maple leaves in Miyajima's renowned Momiji-dani Park. We take our signature red bean paste, made by removing the outer skin of the bean and repeatedly soaking and simmering them, and baked it inside a rich sponge cake batter made with eggs. The tender cake outside and refined smooth red bean paste inside are proof that our momiji manjū are made with traditional techniques born of Miyajima, where momiji manjū began.
