Our sake uses Hiroshima-grown rice specifically for sake brewing, ginjo yeast, and pure soft water from Mt. Iwataki to create a unique and distinct Hiroshima sake. We don't use activated carbon filtration in our process, which means that you get all that fresh-brewed sake taste: a beautiful aroma with a hint of sweetness sure to please any palate.
