Hiroshima-na greens, a specialty of Hiroshima, are thoroughly fermented and matured in salt for at least 3 months, then cut into bite-sized pieces and marinated in Yamatoyo's original soy sauce-based rich dashi stock. The aroma of sesame and red shiso mix with a mild sour tang and deep flavors in our refined traditional pickled Hiroshima-na greens.
