One of the three great Japanese pickled greens, our Hiroshima-na greens are painstakingly pickled by hand, one bunch at a time. Cultivated by our trusted local contracted farmers, we then carefully pickle the greens three times (rough pickling, medium pickling, full pickling) to maximize their wonderful taste. They have the satisfying crunch Hiroshima-na greens are known for, and a spicy flavor similar to wasabi: a traditional flavor brought out by our unique processing method.
