Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is a beloved soul food of Hiroshima. This frozen Mitchan okonomiyaki is from the original Mitchan shop (Mitchan Sōhonten), founded by Mitsuo Ise, who is considered to be the father of Hiroshima okonomiyaki. Made in an HACCP system-equipped factory, we use proton freezers to prevent the destruction of food cells and reduce the amount of dripping when thawing. Our okonomiyaki with pork, eggs, and noodles, the most popular type in Hiroshima, are carefully made individually by hand with only the finest ingredients.
