These rice balls, shaped individually by hand, combine a secret sauce perfectly accented with salt and crisp nori seaweed. Famous in Hiroshima, our rice ball bentō is a staple for outings and picnics. It takes a minimum of two years of training to master our technique to create a rice ball that's just like freshly steamed fluffy rice. Truly like no other, our rice balls are the product of the techniques and sentiments cultivated since the founding of Musashi. Available with five different fillings: pickled plum paste, kombu seaweed, bonito, lightly pickled vegetables, and shiso-pickled vegetables.
